By accessing ethicalseafoodresearch.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Site or provide personal information.
3. Intellectual Property
All content (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by ESR or our licensors. You may share content for non-commercial purposes with clear attribution; any other use requires written consent.
4. Permitted Use
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law
Post defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory content
Upload viruses or malicious code
Scrape or harvest data without permission
5. Donations
Donations are processed via PayPal and you receive an email receipt.
Donations are non-refundable except when a payment error is reported within 14 days (email hello@ethicalseafoodresearch.com).
6. Shop Purchases (Teemill Fulfilment)
Returns & Exchanges
Standard items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of dispatch (or 14 days after receipt, whichever is later).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Custom or personalised items are not returnable unless faulty.
Buyer pays return shipping unless the product is faulty.
Faulty items reported within 30 days qualify for refund or replacement.
Orders are printed and shipped by Teemill; we share your name, address, and order details with them solely for fulfilment.

The Site may link to third-party websites. ESR is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimers
Content is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, ESR makes no warranties regarding completeness or fitness for purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
