2. Scope of This Notice

6. Sharing Your Data

We never sell personal data. We share information only with trusted processors—Kit (formerly ConvertKit), PayPal, WooCommerce, Teemill, Unbounce, Google Analytics, GoDaddy—each operating under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that meets UK GDPR standards. We may also share data with professional advisers (accountants, auditors, legal counsel) or regulators if legally required.

7. International Transfers

Some partners host data outside the UK. Transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Cookies & Analytics

Our site uses functional and analytic cookies. A CookieYes banner lets you accept or manage settings, and an auto-generated cookie table lists each cookie’s name, purpose, and lifespan.

  • Donation & payment records: retained up to seven (7) years for UK accounting compliance.
